Communication, transparency and clear agreements are indispensable for a successful renovation. In the initial phase, we therefore work with you to determine the purpose of the space and map out all your wishes. Naturally, we provide advice and, should it be necessary, we think along about how best to creatively utilize the existing dimensions of the space. Once the project starts, we stay in close contact with you throughout the entire renovation so that there can never be any confusion or disagreement. It goes without saying that we only work with certified craftsmen and only use high-quality materials.
Sustainability is something Noble Construction values highly. Not only do we find it important to fulfill our client's wishes, but we also find it important to give our clients the right advice on sustainability.
In recent years, we have been able to help many of our customers to become more sustainable in many different ways. For example, for many monumental buildings we have replaced all the window frames with double glazing, we ensure that buildings get rid of gas and we carry out many facade insulation works. In this we apply the knowledge of specialists, so that our customers are helped and advised in the right way in the field of sustainability.
A successful project requires transparent communication and expert leadership. For this reason, we always appoint a single point of contact: the project manager. This person is responsible for both communication and execution of the project. Through crystal-clear agreements with the team, the project manager ensures that the renovation proceeds as smoothly and successfully as possible.
